On this weekend workshop, we will:

  • explore massage and relaxation techniques
  • learn simple foot, back, neck, shoulder and face massage
  • introduce anatomy - made easy and fun
  • raise awareness of energy work, eg chakras

So if you are wondered whether to take our Professional Diploma course and would like to know more about our approach to teaching and massage; if you simply want to massage at home; or if you just want a relaxing weekend, this could be for you. It is an informal 'feel good' weekend - that is also good fun. Previous massage experience is not required.
