	APPOINTED PERSON FIRST AID WITH HOLOS HEALTHCARE

	Need to renew your First Aid Certificate? The aim of this course is for students to learn First Aid in a relaxed, informative atmosphere whilst having fun! The qualification gained is recognised within the UK and successful participants will receive a certificate to cover the current statutory requirements for appointed persons. 	DIPLOMA IN INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

	This Indian Head Massage Diploma is suitable for those with an existing qualification in Massage and level 3 Anatomy and Physiology,and would like to enhance their skills. It is useful as a stand alone therapy and versatile to incorporate techniques learnt, into existing treatment sessions.

	A two day CPD workshop for qualified massage therapists, introducing Sports and Remedial techniques with a holistic focus - eg Posture Analysis, Reading and using Range of Movement, Connective Tissue Massage and active stretches. Useful if you have not trained in Sports Massage, but would like to enhance your existing massage skills.

	LOOKING AFTER YOUR BODIES - WORKING WITH THE LEAST EFFORT AND MAXIMUM EFFECT

	A one day workshop for bodywork practitioners. We will look at your body movement and weight behind strokes to enable you to work more deeply without hurting your body, or opening yourself to repetative strain injury. We will work with your forearm to enable you to use your hands less - thereby looking after the small joints in your hands and wrists. This day counts towards your CPD hours.

	METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE - 2 DAY TRAINING

	Training with Sam Bloomfield. A simple approach to self-healing and personal development that draws widely on the basics of universal principles. Using very subtle touch on feet, hands and head, it acts as a catalyst to patterns of energy, gently enabling you to make your own transformations. 	PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN HOLISTIC MASSAGE - DIPLOMA COURSE

	Training to National Occupational Standards and Registration requirements with a holistic focus and supportive, student-centred teaching. Part-time, consisting of once monthly weekends/3 day workshops over 11 months, together with home studies and practice. The syllabus is thorough, covering a variety of massage techniques, theory and practice plus anatomy, physiology and pathology studies, together with the development of professional skills and confidence you need to start your own practice should you so choose. Accredited by the Massage Training Institute - a member of the General Council for Massage Therapy. The course takes your therapeutic role seriously; is passionate about massage and the tutors make it fun to learn.
