Reiki Attunements:
	First Degree teaches you to channel Reiki energy through your hands for yourself and others. Details HERE
	Second Degree teaches you mental/emotional balancing and distant healing practices. Details HERE
	Third Degree is taking Reiki deeper using the teaching symbol (some call this master symbol).
	Taking the Teacher Training when you are ready to initiate and fine-tune others fully so that they can channel Reiki too

• include four attunements which assist in accelerating the flow of energy by reawakening your natural healing abilities
• demonstrate and practice the basic hand positions for healing on ourselves and each other
• share the history of Reiki
• have fun!

On Reiki II, we will:

• include two additional attunements
• share the symbols and suggestions on their use
• practice distant or absent healing
• introduce advance techniques including emotional balance
• have fun!

Your Attuner: Lorraine Horton first came to Reiki in 1994. Since then she has studied and practices Reiki together with many other complementary health techniques. She established Meridian Professional Training in Massage, Birmingham in 2004. "It is clear that there is so much about us that cannot be explained on the physical, mental or emotional levels alone - my interest in subtle energies grew and is an integral part of my complementary health work. I continue to explore, study and teach these areas with excitement and passion. It is this passion and love of body and energy work that I bring to my teaching - I am very excited about the possibility of supporting others to further explore this for themselves, bringing their own skills and interest to the Reiki attunements where they will find plenty of encouragement to use their own intuition to explore. I believe everyone has natural Reiki/healing abilities - we just have to remind ourselves. I am keen that it is made accessible to all regardless of our many and wonderful differences."
